GuocoLand acquires Casa Meyfort for S$319.88m
The freehold condo of Casa Meyfort has been sold to GuocoLand at S$319.88 million. The land rate of the en bloc sale translates to S$1,580 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr).
A 76-unit District 15 condo located at 79 Meyer Road, Casa Meyfort was built on a site area of 85,249 square feet in 1992.
Under the 2014 URA Master Plan, the land plot has a plot ratio of 2.8, and will eventually be replaced by a 200-unit condominium named Meyer Mansion.
