Flynn Park in Pasir Panjang sold en bloc for $371 million
Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments have purchased the freehold development of Flynn Park at Pasir Panjang for $371 million.
After accounting for 7% bonus balconies, the land rate of the purchase works out to $1318 psf ppr.
Flynn Park is located 350 metres from the Pasir Panjang MRT station.
The new freehold development which will replace Flynn Park will be named Terra Hill.
