The Myst (秘林嘉园) is an exciting District 23 new condo launch at Bukit Panjang.
The name of the development is derived from the daily sighted misty mornings in the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. The misty ambience of the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve also contributes to the architectural design of the development, where residents will feel relaxed when they return home.
Developed by the renowned developer City Developments Limited (CDL), the development is located at 800 and 802 Upper Bukit Timah Road. Formerly the site of Tan Chong Industrial Park, CDL acquired the land plot after paying $126.3 million to a subsidiary of Tan Chong International in November 2021.
The address of Tan Chong Industrial Park was previously 798 and 800 Upper Bukit Timah Road. CDL subsequently obtained approval from the authorities to use the new addresses of 800 and 802 Upper Bukit Timah Road for the District 23 condominium.
While the condominium bears the address of Upper Bukit Timah Road, the main entrance of the development is actually more than 60 metres from the road, with shophouses and the low-rise developments of Bukit 828 and The Linear buffering some of the road noise from the development.

Named after the nearby Cashew Road, Cashew MRT Station is an underground MRT station on the Downtown Line (DTL). The line begins at Bukit Panjang MRT station and runs parallel to Upper Bukit Timah Road and Bukit Timah Road, before reaching The Central Business District.
The Downtown Line provides a direct public transport route to the Central Business District (CBD) to commuters residing in Bukit Panjang and Bukit Timah vicinities, and will shorten travelling time by close to 30%.
