CDL unit granted option to buy $126.3m worth of property, assets from Tan Chong
City Developments Limited has purchased a property of Tan Chong International, located at 798 and 800 Upper Bukit Timah Road, for $126.3 million. The sales price is inclusive of the plant and equipment at the premises.
The land area of the former Tan Chong Industrial Park is 16,630 square metres, or approximately 179,009.68 square feet.
