Dunearn Gardens Sold For S$468 million In Latest En-bloc Deal
EL Development has bought the District 11 development of Dunearn Gardens for S$468 million in an en bloc sale.
The land rate of the transaction works out to $1841psf ppr, after taking into consideration 10% bonus balcony area, and adding S$43.6 million development charge to the en bloc sale price.
Located near the Newton MRT station, Dunearn Gardens has a site area of 95,442 square feet and a plot ratio of 2.8 under the 2019 URA Master Plan.
The new development developed by EL Development will be named Pullman Residences.
