CDL, Hong Leong unit snap up Amber Park for $906.7m, setting new record for freehold property sold en bloc
Developers CDL and Hong Realty have purchased Amber Park, a huge freehold development at Amber Gardens, at $906.7 million.
The land rate works out to be about $1,515 per square feet per plot ratio (psf ppr).
CDL happens to be the former developer of the original Amber Park and have decided together with Hong Realty to retain the use of its current name for the new development.
The new Amber Park will have 592 units comprising of 1 – 5 Bedroom and 4 penthouses.
